Discover the Quiet Magic of the Northern Winter

Northern Lights in Syöte National Park

A Storytelling Photography Workshop in Syöte

The northern winter has a way of slowing the world down. Its silence is not empty but full of presence — soft light, drifting snow, distant fells, and the quiet rhythm of nature. This workshop is designed for those who want to experience that unique peace, deepen their personal photographic expression, and explore new ways of telling nature’s story through the lens.

A Home in the Heart of Winter

During the workshop, you’ll stay in our beautiful Taigalampi cabin in Syöte. Each participant has their own room, ensuring comfort and privacy. From this warm base, we make day trips to the most striking photography locations in the region.

What We Create Together

Over the long weekend, I guide participants through a series of photographic themes that capture the essence of the northern winter. Each theme opens a different doorway into visual storytelling.
